Crafted Media’s work on international nanny website yields positive search benefits

In early June we posted about Crafted Media’s visual and technical overhaul of the website of Nannies Inc, an internationally recognised company who have been providing bespoke nanny vetting and client introduction services since 1989. They were keen to revitalise their website, giving users the best experience possible as well improving their visibility in the search engines to expand their presence, and approached Crafted Media to handle the project.
As well as a new look, Nannies Inc wanted to improve interaction with the site and increase both the number of client enquiries and applicant registrations. Following the technical overhaul, Crafted Media’s integral search marketing team worked with the design team to produce a refreshed user experience that looked to maximise conversions as well as improve the company’s ability to compete within search engines. So far the site has been live only two weeks, and already the changes implemented have yielded positive results.
Early statistics show:
- A 49.89% increase in time spent on the site, from 3:03 to 4:35
- A 100.66% increase for pages viewed per visit, from 3.48 to 6.98
- Reduction in bounce rate (the visitors who visit only a single page of a website before leaving) from 25.56% to 18.49%
