Crafted Media Continues to Buck Trend with Sustained Growth

Full service marketing agency, Crafted Media, announced today that it is looking to recruit five more employees to its technical, design and search optimisation teams.
The announcement follows a period of continued growth for the Suffolk agency, which has seen revenue from local and national projects increase by 40% in the last 12 months.
The agency, which had already recruited three additional employees earlier in the year, is now looking to add two graphic designers, two web developers and a head of search optimisation to their Ipswich-based team.
Founders of the agency, Brad Warwick and Rob Doole, believe that much of the company’s success lies in the skill set of the whole team, which is comprised mainly of people from the Suffolk area.
“We pride ourselves on being able to offer clients cutting edge marketing and design campaigns based on the latest technology,” said Warwick, co-founder and business development director of the company. “What makes a real difference, however, is that our team also has a strong combination of traditional design and IT skills, which we believe helps us provide clients with tailor-made solutions that not only look good, but that also work effectively in whatever format they need – whether that be print, online or on mobile devices.
“Suffolk seems to harbour a rich pool of talent when it comes to design and technology, which is great for us as we look to expand the team further,” added Warwick.
Recent projects for the agency include the creation of a complete brand identity for start-up company, Indus Property. Company director at Surrey-based Indus Property, Alex Gale, is delighted with the results:
“I wanted to create a fresh image and feel to the company that was a little different to what the industry is used to,” says Gale. “Our brief to Crafted Media was to create a contemporary brand to reflect our profile as a forward-thinking commercial property developer. They’ve achieved this, the results are fantastic and we’ve received a lot of great feedback on the design and our new identity.”
